Welcome to Vaulted Values X ("we", "us", or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vaulted Values X website (https://vaultedvaluesx.com), including its subdomains, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services"). This includes value lists, trade tools, calculators, and any other features operated under the Vaulted Values X platform.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country),
Have parental or guardian consent if under 18, and
Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Vaulted Values X is an independent, fan-created platform and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or any other game publisher.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use it in connection with operating, improving, promoting, securing, and enforcing the Services.

You agree not to post content that is:

False, misleading, or manipulative,
Offensive, infringing, or illegal,
Spam or disruptive to other users.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit that content and to grant the license above. We may remove, preserve, review, or disclose user content at our discretion to operate the Services, investigate misuse, or comply with law.

9. Value Disclaimer

Vaulted Values X provides estimated item values based on in-game trading patterns, rarity, and user reports.
We do not guarantee that any listed value or data is accurate, current, or reflective of true market worth.

All use of our data, tools, and calculators is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any in-game trades or losses resulting from your reliance on our values.

10. Third-Party Services & Advertising

Our Services may include links or integrations with third-party platforms or advertisements.
We are not responsible for:

Their content, accuracy, or security,
Their privacy practices or policies,
Any transactions, disputes, losses, bans, suspensions, account actions, or damages caused by third-party platforms, advertisers, payment providers, game publishers, or users.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time without notice if:

You violate these Terms,
Your behavior threatens our platform or community,
We are legally required to do so.

We may also modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

If a dispute remains unresolved, it will be settled by binding arbitration in the Province of Alberta, in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Alberta).

You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in any class action.
Exceptions include:

Individual small claims court cases, and
Requests for injunctive relief in intellectual property matters.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after it arose, or it is permanently barred.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no warranties, express or implied, including that:

The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free,
Any data will be accurate or reliable,
Any defects will be corrected.

Use the Services entirely at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaulted Values X and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,
Lost profits, lost data, or trading losses,
Account losses, suspensions, marketplace losses, reputational harm, or loss of goodwill,
Any claims arising from use or inability to use our Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaulted Values X shall have no liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Services. If applicable law does not permit a complete exclusion of liability, our liability will be limited to the minimum amount required by that law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaulted Values X, its owners, affiliates, and staff from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Services,
Your violation of these Terms, or
Your posted content or conduct.
